Réplica de magnitud 6 sacude de nuevo el noreste de Japón
El epicentro del terremoto se situó a 40 kilómetros de profundidad muy cerca de la costa de las provincias de Iwate y Miyagi, dos de las más afectadas por el gran sismo de 9 grados Richter y el tsunami del 11 de marzo.
Un terremoto de magnitud 6 en la escala abierta de Richter, con epicentro en el Océano Pacífico, sacudió hoy de nuevo la costa noreste de Japón, sin que se haya informado de daños ni se haya emitido una alerta de tsunami.
Según la Agencia Meteorológica de Japón, en la provincia de Iwate el sismo tuvo una intensidad de 5 en la escala cerrada japonesa de hasta 7, centrada en el alcance del temblor en lugar de su intensidad.

Desde aquel seísmo se han producido más de 800 réplicas, de las que tres superaron los 7 grados en la escala Richter, más de 60 los 6 grados y unas 350 los 5 grados.
